We want to reduce the time and energy you take searching for a home, therefore it’s important that you look for homes in the price range that you pre-establish with us. This range should be no more than the mortgage amount you qualify for plus the equity you will be contributing (while setting aside enough to pay cash costs).

In our first buyer meeting we will help you set goals for your home search. Visualization is a powerful tool-we want you to imagine life 90 days AFTER you have moved into your new home. What schools are the kids attending? Have they made friends on the street? How are you interacting with your neighbours?  Are you on a court? Are you enjoying the open concept kitchen/great room you always wanted?

During this first meeting we will be taking lots of notes so that we can create a profile of your needs and wants. We’ll get feedback from you on this profile, match the profile to your budget, then create and implement a home search plan that will meet your goals.
